SBS Services, Inc. is a New York State and New York City accredited MBE and WBE Company. It was formed in 2008 and began as an Estate Management Company. It has evolved into a full-service commercial and residential construction services provider for the New York City area with a full service painting subdivision, SBS Painting Works, LLC.


Our team is comprised of accomplished construction professionals with over 50 years of combined construction experience. We utilize sub-contractors and Project Managers that are consistently reliable and carry out their roles and services efficiently, professionally and without complication. This construction team has worked with the largest contractors in the tri state area. Our offerings support a client relationship at any stage of its life-cycle from project inception to post construction. Whether it is pre-purchase analysis, a complicated construction project or emergency service, we are committed to serving our clients as a single source provider of commercial & residential solutions.


We can perform in any area of construction due to our vast network of subcontractors and labor force. SBS operates as a General Contractor however, we self-perform carpentry, masonry, stone and tile work, wood flooring and painting. We function also as a procurement conduit, whether it be labor or supplies. Our MBE and WBE status enable us to provide clients with tax savings and fulfillment with government contracts.


Our jobs have included major hotel work in New York City and high end residential. Our repeat business and long standing clients is a testament to our excellent work ethic, experience, professionalism and results oriented attitude. We are proud that 85 percent of our projects annually originate from existing clients, which we credit to our sensitivity to budgets and schedules. SBS is looking to grow our client base however not at the cost of forfeiting superior workmanship, customer service and professionalism.​
