Sandra Broas is the President and owner of SBS Services since inception in 2008. Her construction experience started with her real estate career in 1999 which led her to oversee $150 million in sales, marketing and development of the Trump Organization properties in Westchester. The extensive construction knowledge she gained enabled her to parlay it into her own estate management company, with clients in Greenwich, CT and Westchester.
She credits her mother for her hard work ethic and unyielding determination to be the best you can and always strive to do better and to be better. Her mother is a single, immigrant from Korea, who also owned her own business. Sandra understood at an early age the adversity and challenges her mother had to face because of the language barrier, financial obstacles and being a woman. She not only witnessed how hard her mother had to work, she actually was depended upon to work with her mother. Sandra began toiling incessantly with her mother at age 12 years and eventually became an integral part of her mother’s business. The circumstances also forced Sandra and her mom to learn and perform handyman duties in the house and even some minor car mechanic operations. This early work experience laid her strong work ethic foundation and keen business sense. Sandra and her mother had to work harder and smarter to ensure the success of the business.
